What personal data do we process and why?
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Purpose of processing: Responding to your question, processing your request or quotation.
Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing is necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request).
Data processed: Name, email address, phone number, message text.
Retention period: Your data will be kept for the time necessary to process your request, up to a maximum of 1 year from the last communication.
Cookies
Purpose of processing: Ensuring the functionality of the website, improving user experience and analysing traffic.
Legal basis: Your consent (for analytical and marketing cookies). Necessary cookies are processed on the legitimate interest of the controller.

Newsletter and offers
Purpose of processing: Sending information about news, services and promotions.
Legal basis: Your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention period: Until you withdraw your consent, up to a maximum of 5 years from the last interaction.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be made available exclusively to companies that process data for us under a data processing agreement (e.g. web hosting provider, email service provider, accounting firm). These are always verified partners who are bound by confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
Your rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

- The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure (the right to be forgotten) under the conditions laid down by law.
